The RMCAD Galleries are proud to present a group exhibition of current TANK Studios artists. TANK Studios is an artist-run and artist-founded studio space in south Denver. For ten years, they have provided more than 35 artists at all career levels with private, long-term, and affordable studio space.
As Denver continues to grow in complicated ways that greatly impact, and at times threaten, access to safe and sustainable professional workspaces for artists, this exhibition celebrates the influence of TANK on Denver’s art community.
Featuring work by: Mindy Bray, Jaime Carrejo (RMCAD Chair, Foundations + Fine Arts), Theresa Clowes (RMCAD Faculty, Art Education), Amber Cobb (former RMCAD Head, Foundations), Trey Duvall (RMCAD Adjunct Faculty), Ian Fisher, Mia Mulvey, Margaret Neumann, Alicia Ordal (RMCAD Alumni), Natascha Seideneck, Gretchen Marie Schaefer (RMCAD Director, VASD Program + Creative Programming), Sarah Wallace Scott (former RMCAD Adjunct Faculty), Laura Shill, Nick Silici, Joel Swanson, Derrick Valasquez, Kyra Weinkle, David Zimmer, and Mario Zoots (former RMCAD Adjunct Faculty).
