Stretch your body and mind with our beginner yoga and meditation session! This will be a guided session on campus with a trained yoga practitioner. No experience needed, just show up and enjoy a quick reset.
Tea and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own mat, towel, blanket, or whatever you prefer for comfort.
